Because it is a natural material, there are individual differences in color and pattern. In addition, we believe that cracks (inner scratches) and inclusions (stains) contained in natural stones are unique to natural stones, so please understand before purchasing.
A characteristic of silver is that it discolors over time (sulfurization). You can clean it with a commercially available polishing cloth or baking soda. Rubbing too hard may cause scratches, so gentle care is the key to keeping it clean.

The Japanese name for aquamarine is indigo ball, the birthstone for March.  
Major producers are Madagascar, Namibia, India, Brazil, Mozambique and Nigeria.  
It has a Mohs hardness of 7.5 and is classified as a precious stone.

Aquamarine, which means "water of the sea" in Latin, is said to have turned the treasure of a sea nymph into stone. It is a member of the beryl family, the same as emerald and morganite, and has a hardness of 7.5 on the Mohs scale. It is common to heat-treat the rough stone to stabilize the color development. It is counted as one of the precious stones. While most stones are pale blue, the bright blue aquamarine with a deep color is called Santa Maria Africana and is highly valued for its rarity.
