当店の手違いにより注文と商品が異なる場合や商品出荷日から15日間以内のご使用上の注意に沿った正しいご使用状態で商品に破損等が生じた場合は、無償での交換、修理にて対応させていただきます。お手数ですがご一報いただいた後、送料着払い宅配便にて10日以内に当店まで商品をお送りください。改めて代替商品の手配をさせていただきます。

天然石の性質上、個体差は良品の範囲内とさせていただきますので商品違い及び不良扱いとは致しかねます。

以下の場合は保証期間内でも有料の修理となります。

 ・ご使用中に生じたキズ、ご使用過程の消耗または性質等による変化

 ・故意または過失などの取扱不注意による破損

 ・地震・火災・水害および盗難などの災害・事故による破損、紛失

 ・改造されたもの、または弊社以外での修理・加工をされた製品

 ・このほか弊社の責に帰することのできない原因により生じた破損

【製品ご使用上の注意】

 ・製品を落とす・ぶつける・無理な力を加える・重いものを乗せる等、負荷、衝撃を与えますと変

  形・破損する恐れがあります。天然石は個々に性質が異なりますので取り扱いにご注意ください。

  また、長時間水等に浸漬させないで下さい。 

 ・香水や化粧品、温泉鉱泉、酸やアルカリなどの薬品等がつかないようにご注意ください。特に天然

  石は変質する場合があります。

 ・保管の際は高温多湿になる場所や直射日光を避けてください。

 ・体質によりかゆみ、かぶれが生じる場合がありますので、皮膚に異常を感じたときはご使用を中止

  し、専門医にご相談ください。 

 ・個々の天然石の取り扱いは各天然石の取り扱い説明をご覧ください。

【有料での修理について】

日頃のお手入れで消すことの難しいシルバー製品の小さな傷の修復やクリーニングなど、有料での修理も承ります。

修理には1ヶ月〜1ヶ月半程度のお時間を頂戴します。

まずはお問い合わせください。

▪️シルバー製品のキズ修理 (税込3,850JPY〜+送料500JPY)

▪️シルバー製品の洗浄・磨き (税込2,750JPY〜+送料500JPY)

※リングのサイズ直し・調整は強度を下げる原因となるため行なっておりません。

※天然石のキズの修復・修理はできかねます。

※デザインが大きく変更となるような修理はお受けできません。

About returns

[Regarding returns]

For returns due to customer's convenience, please send the product to our store within 8 days after the product arrives.
If you wish to return an item, please be sure to contact us by email before sending the item back.info@monsteraleaf.com

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs related to the return (the shipping cost when the product was shipped free of charge from our shop and the shipping cost when returning the product). We will inform you of the shipping and packing amount when shipping from our store, so please make a transfer to the transfer destination described.

Please use the same packaging as when the product arrived and return it by a shipping method with a package number.
After confirming the payment of the returned product and the shipping fee, we will refund it based on the payment method. The customer will be responsible for the transfer fee, etc. related to the refund. Please note that in the case of credit card payment, it may be the next month depending on the closing date.

If the returned product does not arrive and the condition cannot be confirmed, no refund will be given under any circumstances.

Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases (*Returns will not be eligible for refunds)
・Items with tags removed (Even if the product is unused, we cannot accept returns if the tags are removed.)
・Piercings and masks (Returns cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.)
・We cannot accept returns of used products.

・Products that are clearly different from when they were shipped from our store
・Made-to-order and semi-ordered products
・Sale products ・Price reduction products

[Regarding cancellation]
You can cancel your order after it has been shipped until it has been shipped. When the shipment is completed, a "product shipment email" will be sent. After the shipment is completed, we will treat it as a return.

[Regarding defects and product differences]
If the order is different from the product due to a mistake on our part, or if there is an initial defect within 7 days after the product arrives, please let us know and send the product to our store within 10 days by cash on delivery. We will arrange a replacement product (refund if sold out).

Due to the nature of natural stones, individual differences will be within the range of non-defective products, so we cannot treat product differences or defective products.
   
[Regarding order cancellation and returns when using coupons]
Please note that the coupon you used will be invalid if you cancel or return the order when using the coupon.

We try to reproduce the product image as faithfully as possible, but there may be slight differences in the actual color and texture depending on the monitor and computer environment. In addition, the expression of natural stone changes depending on the absorption of light and the brightness of the surroundings. Please consider this in advance.
Due to the use of natural materials, there may be slight individual differences in color and shape.
In addition, we believe that scratches, chips (cracks), color unevenness, inclusions, impurities (inclusions), etc. contained in natural stones are the unique charms of natural stones. Thank you for your understanding.
